These are performance wheels forged out of a single block of Aluminum or Magnesium with an 8,000-ton press and machine finished to the highest standards (only one facility on the world). With deep roots in racing, such as Formula 1, Neez offers literally the lightest, toughest, finest wheels on the market.
NEEZ wheels are lighter and stronger
than conventional cast alloy wheels and multi-piece wheels due to the 8,000 ton forging process used. This process realigns the structural properties of the aluminum to achieve strengths that cannot be achieved with casting or even multi-piece forged wheels.
NEEZ wheels are built using the highest grade
Magnesium Alloy. Magnesium is 36% lighter per unit volume than Aluminum and as much as 78% lighter than iron. Magnesium alloy has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of all the structural metals. The 8,000-ton forging process used to manufacture Neez wheels further strengthens the wheels by aligning the structural grains along the spokes.
